Complex civil litigation including false advertising/consumer fraud litigation, class action litigation, intellectual property litigation, FDCPA and related federal/state consumer protection statutes, and general business disputes. Practice includes advising clients on risks associated with advertisements, labeling and other marketing materials, and compliance with state and federal advertising regulations applicable to dietary supplements and cosmetics.
